Ah, yes! Because of some triggers this week, I’ve had special opportunity to “be in the moment’; trauma brings so much perspective, doesn’t it? Incidentally, free writing (thinking about it and practicing it) has helped me come back to myself, to the moment! Thanks for sharing.
